Two wheeler can be taken to the hill-top. Though there is a concrete road its better to park four wheeler close to the anganwadi at the end of taring road. As usual, suitable time to visit is at morning and evening after 4 pm. There are two giant rocks, Subhramanyan temple is on one of them. You have a better view of thodupuzha town from the second one. You could spot kalayan silks, Town chruch, smita hospital, KSRTC Bus terminal, BSNL exchange, Water tank. There is small shop on the way to the second rock. Biscuits/Candies and packed drinking water are available. Area around the temple including the lotus pond is considered as sacred and are under CCTV observation.
