Barna Dam — Attraction in Madhya Pradesh

Barnana Dam was built in 1978, but a drawback was left when it was built, the Trunnion Bridge was not built on this dame to inspect the radial gates of this dame. And building a Trunnion bridge over this dame was a very challenging and impossible task. Madhya Pradesh Water Resources Department invited tenders for construction of this bridge many times, but no party came forward to build this bridge, then in Financial year 2013-2014, Water Resource Department invited tender for our company S.S.Q. for Ali engineering's works Tender passed. Then our company took up this challenging task and the employees of Dame also fully supported. Good place for those who want to spend an hour or two here. The dam is surrounded by hills and mountains. The Vindhyachal mountain range crosses here. But don't expect any thing other than nature cause the dam is in forest area so there's no shops nearby to buy snacks and all that. Also there's shuttle dam about a 1.5km away from this main dam. You can also go there. There's a temple on a hill-top near the shuttle dam and you can view the whole town of bari from atop. It's good for those who enjoy nature. Keep in mind the temple is on the edge of a cliff. So keep children in your hands reach if you want to visit and see the view. Also both dam closes around 6 in the evening. Happy...

Barna Dam is awesome and this is very big and height of water 352 feet this is very deep and beautiful place and raining season is like a wonderful place and like a good nature.i love this place.but now this time is not safe because bridge is cracking.but bridge is developing in few months and tourism place and all people going in few months in the bridge.and every one plzz subscribe my channel.....
