Kapil Dhara and Dudh Dhara are 2 waterfalls close to each other at Amarkantak with Kapil Dhara being the taller one. The path to the these falls is a bit difficult and slippery but its worth taking that effort. This place is nice and clean and not troubled by unwanted beggers. You can just relax viewing the falls and can also make yourself wet with proper precautions. This waterfall is near about 1 km downward from Kapildhara falls. As per legend, Maharshi Durbasha was in meditation here. Mata Narmada was pleased with his meditation and imbue him milk in her own hand.
