Pandav fall in Panna national park is popular waterfall in this area. It is counted among Panna tourist attractions. Being close from Khajuraho, it is also considered as Khajuraho tourist attraction. Those who are interested in visiting Madhya Pradesh water-falls, may consider Pandav fall as one of the interesting place to visit. It is situated about 12 kms from Panna towards Khajuraho. It is situated inside the Panna National Park but very close to the national highway. Easily accessible even during monsoon, it is a perennial fall fed by local springs. Lush green surrounding makes the fall spectacular. At the foot of fall there are some ancient caves overlooking a large pool of water. Pandav waterfalls are located in the Panna district of the Central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. They can be placed en route to Panna from Khajuraho Nahri. The height of the falls is about 30 meters. Though they are not very high, the depth of the lake reaches down to a 100 feet. They are created by a tributary of the river Ken in MP. The falls take a great leap from above and join the river Ken below. It is believed that the Pandavas, of the mythological epic fame Mahabharata, had resided in the Pandava caves, located near the falls. They have believed to have visited the region during their exile period or the Agyaatvaas. The remains of the caves visited by the Pandavas and the shrines can be spotted near the water pool formed at the end of the fall.

Pandav fall lies in Panna tiger reserve area thus commercial activities are not allowed here. For visiting this water-fall, tourists are required to pay fixed fee as per number of visitors and also vehicle fee. It is managed by Forest Department thus entrance charges are decided by Forest Department. Entrance permit can be obtained from entrance gate. There are no facilities for food around the Pandav falls; therefore it is best to carry food hampers for a picnic at the falls. The place is ideal for an enjoyable family picnic at the sparkling pool. Due to presence of bee-hives, here smoking and swimming is not allowed. A steep climb up and down the falls is the prime attraction of the falls, with 166 steps! However, one needs to beware of the monkeys and bears around the falls, as paw marks of the boars can be seen on the trees surrounding the cascade. Apart from Pandav fall, Pandav Caves are also located in same site, which can be visited during this visit. In order to understand the Pandav fall history and local information, forest department offers guide service on mandatory basis. Pandava Fall is one of the famous fall situated in Panna Tiger Reserve. It's a major attraction among the tourists. It's surrounded by sedimented rocks and various trees including Ghost tree because they radiate light in dark nights and Arjuna Tree. Ancient caves were the residence of Pandava and later molded bricks structure were added to the caves by Gond Raja as these structures were the guest house for Raj Vedas. According to the legend it was the temporary shelter Pandavas during their exile so it has got the name Pandav Caves and Waterfall. Located on the Panna Khajuraho Highway in Madhya Pradesh India.

The edges of the waterfall are more and larger in the rain as well as intense. But this area has been struggling due to lack of rain for the last several years, so streams is less in March. All this pure water keeps collecting in a deep reservoir and this reservoir is about 70-100 feet deep. During the rainy season this pretty waterfall falling through a natural cascade from a height of 30 meters in a round pool. It's a perennial waterfall and fed by a tributary of Panna Tiger Reserve's life line which is the Ken River. This waterfall remain first choice among the local tourists which and foreign tourists. Pass is given by the Forest Department after taking the entrance fee and the guide is also necessary to take along. This waterfall presents a wonderful atmosphere quite scenic amidst its amazingly beautiful enchantments and ancient caves and beautiful trees.
