I was so disappointed about the rules and regulations. The rules in the water park are so strict.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am deeply troubled by the discriminatory experiences my family and I faced during our recent visit to Aquaaa Wild in Nihali, Ratnagiri. As patrons of your waterpark, we expected a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, regardless of attire or physical attributes.
Firstly, my mother, who wears a burqa as a symbol of her religious beliefs, was unjustly denied access to rides and the swimming pool. This decision was not only insensitive but also goes against the spirit of inclusivity that should prevail in such public spaces. She has visited larger waterparks without facing such discrimination, demonstrating that it is indeed possible to accommodate religious attire without compromising safety or hygiene standards.
Secondly, my little sister was denied the opportunity to enjoy certain adventurous rides due to a minor discrepancy in height requirements. While safety is paramount, denying her a thrilling experience by a mere 2-3 cm is disheartening and could have been handled more compassionately.
Furthermore, I must highlight the disparity in meal offerings compared to other waterparks. The limited lunch provided does not align with industry standards, where guests typically enjoy more comprehensive meal options as part of their ticket.
It is imperative that Aquaaa Wild reassesses its policies to ensure they respect and accommodate the diverse needs of all patrons. I urge you to implement immediate changes to eliminate discriminatory practices, enhance safety protocols without unnecessary rigidity, and provide a dining experience that matches the expectations set by other establishments in the industry.
I trust that you will take swift and decisive action to rectify these issues, fostering an environment where all visitors feel valued and respected. Together, we can set an example of inclusivity and fairness that celebrates the richness of India's diverse cultural tapestry.
Sincerely, An honest...
Read moreOur team of around 10 people, including kids, recently visited the water park and tried almost everything it had to offer. Here's our experience.
*We were not paid for this review, nor do we do paid reviews. We are focused on providing a real, true, and transparent assessment of our experience.
Pricing: A bit expensive.
Overall Experience: Generally good; we enjoyed ourselves one own way.
Rides: Good, but there's room for improvement.
Wave Pool: Available only for a limited time, and it requires a long walk to reach. For safety, some staff with whistles should be present.
Rain Dance: A dark room with some lights, primarily for teenagers to have fun. However, it can feel suffocating, so be cautious.
Safety: Needs more attention.
Food: Poor quality, expensive, unhygienic, and poorly managed.
Staff: Not in uniform and not properly trained and arrogant
Owner: More concerned with his own interests than with client issues. A fight broke out between two families in the food court line due to poor management, leading to police involvement. The owner focused on maintaining his prestige rather than resolving the matter and ensuring safety.
Water: looks Clean but we found a dead frog in the pool.
Would we visit again?: Maybe, as it's the only option in the area. Or BIG NO
Overall, it might be worth a try for a first-time visit. Your experience may...
