शांत आणि सुंदर निसर्गाच्या सानिध्यात असलेल्या या पारुंडे गावात भव्य असे श्री ब्रम्हनाथ मंदिर आहे. श्री ब्रम्हनाथ देवस्थान हे प्राचीन असून हे मंदिर सुंदर अशा कोरीव नक्षीकामाचा उत्कृष्ट नमुना आहे. श्री ब्रम्हनाथ मंदिर हे शिलाहार राजा झंझ यांनी गोदावरी पासून भीमा नद्यांच्या उगमा जवळ बांधलेल्या बारा शिवमंदिरापैकी एक आहे असं म्हटलं जातं. गावाबाहेरील कमंडलूच्या आकाराप्रमाणे वाहणाऱ्या कमंडलू नदीच्या किनारी असलेलं हे मंदिर आहे. वेळोवेळी करण्यात आलेल्या जीर्णोद्धारामुळे मंदिराचा मुळ ढाचा जरी काही प्रमाणात बदलला असला तरी सभामंडपातील सहा दगडी खांब हे अत्यंत सुबक शिल्पांचे वैशिष्ट्य दर्शवत आजही उभे आहेत. याशिवाय ब्रह्मनाथ मंदिर हे योग संबंधीचा शिल्पांचा एक आगळावेगळा आणि दुर्मिळ असा वारसा टिकवून शेकडो वर्षांपासून दिमाखात उभे आहे.

This is one holy Hindu temple that gets the honor of hosting sadhus from Kumbmela which takes place after every 12 years. The head of this place gets changed at that time.
