Nice place to visit Dahanu is a coastal town and a municipal councilin Palghar district of Maharashtra state in Konkan division. It is located 110 km from Mumbai city and hosts adani electricity's thermal power station and Tarapur atomic power station. It is the site of the currently stalled Wadhawan new port project at Rewas. Other places to visit nearby are:

Musalya Dongar, Mahalaxmi, NH8 (Mahalaxmi Gadh)

Nice place to go with family. Kids have also found here to spend time in sea and sand. Horse riding and Horse gaadi is also there to enjoy. Sometimes Camel ride is also possible. There is all snacks available near beach Buddhi ke Baal; sweet corn; vada pav; pani puri; bhel puri laari r there. Kids can enjoy football; cricket; kite flying on beach as well as area given surrounded to beach. Opposite there are hotels with night stay and food, all are in range of 2000 Rs night with big passage of food court available. One can enjoy good taste of food there. Hotels have AC and LED TV rooms with...

👌👍Wonderful ancient place to visit, The fort is on the bank of the creek. It is in relatively 👌good condition but it is used as a 🏤🏢government office and jail. So you can just trek around it. No information or 🙄boards available nor anyone to guide you. It is very small. A couple of cannons and periphery wall is in good condition but now covered with roots of peepal trees. Now there is beautification done and part facing the road is cleaned and painted.Looks clean but artificial.Lost its...

It is small fort in Dahanu, it has a old government administration offices, but one can enter after taking the permission of the staff, we did the same. There is a very old well in the fort and small old building, hardly nothing more to see inside the fort. Fort boost of 2 massive bastion in the the front aswell 2 canons. Old history, there is also a murrel of sikh solider opposite to the fort. Do see that once you visit it. Proper need of restoration can be done.

It is small fort in Dahanu, it has a old government administration offices, but one can enter after taking the permission of the staff, we did the same.
