Read moreI got no words to precisely describe how horrible the experience was at this "Amusement/Water park". In a few words it can be described as an utter waste of money. I went there with my colleagues so the entry charges were about 1600 per couple.
1.The terrible experience begins when you enter the Fun n Food premise with a 50rs parking ticket on which the actual amount mentioned was 30 but it was overwritten as 50.
Then as you enter and get the highly overpriced tickets, you find out that only synthetic clothes are allowed for the water park. If you ain't got it then it'll cost you almost 300-500 per couple for their dirty and stinky rental synthetic outfits which by the way are damn uncomfortable.
There's the changing area for men which reeks of urine and traditional indian tobacco spits. It didn't seem at all that these changing stalls were ever maintained.
On top of that we have to rent the lockers so we had 5 of them and the total cost of locker plus costume rentals was around 2000 out of which we get a refund of the minimal deposit amount later.
After emptying your pockets this bad, you're expectations would definitely be high but what you get is absolute nothing. 60% of the water park rides/ pools are either shut down or under construction. Whereas the rest which are available are not at all maintained. You can see "things" floating around in most of the working pools with plenty of dirtiest water such themed park can have.
Later once you're agitated enough with splashing around in the let down of a water park, you go through the same horrible experience of the changing area.
One good thing though that we can have our own food stored in their separate lockers which then we can eat in a specific spot within the park.
So you eat lunch then move towards the Amusement park, which has quite some rides but similarly most of them were shut down I'm not sure if it was due to the light rainfall or they didn't function at all.
Again about maintenance this park seems like it never knew what it means to keep things clean around. You may find dustbins all over the place but most the rides were covered in actual vomit. We could see that the staff was least bothered to get it cleaned up and rather suggested visitors to find a cleaner place to sit. Now that's not-so-maintenance!!!
Only if i knew this is how Fun n food is, I'd never set foot here even for free.
So there you go about the entire terrible experience @Fun n Food Amusement Park. You can try Dwarka water park but since I've never been their, can't suggest a good water park in Nagpur since Krazy Castle...
Read moreI had a completely negative experience at Fun and Food Village, Nagpur, and I feel compelled to share it to caution others. The park falls far below acceptable standards in nearly every aspect—maintenance, safety, service, and value for money.
Overpriced and Underdelivered The ticket price was unreasonably high, especially given the poor condition of the facilities. A significant number of rides and swings were non-functional, including some of the major attractions. Shockingly, a guest was injured on the rollercoaster due to a mechanical malfunction, highlighting the serious lack of safety measures. It's outrageous to charge premium prices and still put visitors' lives at risk.
Appalling Hygiene and Poor Maintenance Basic amenities were in terrible condition. The changing rooms were filthy and unhygienic, several taps didn’t work, and only 2 out of 8-9 showers were functional, leading to long wait times and discomfort. The place simply does not meet even the most basic cleanliness standards expected at a family-friendly water park.
Disgusting Food and Unprofessional Staff The food was tasteless, overpriced, and clearly unhygienic. To make matters worse, the person managing the food counter was actually eating while serving, which is both disgusting and deeply unprofessional. This is a blatant violation of hygiene standards.
The staff overall were rude and indifferent, showing no courtesy—even towards children. Their dismissive attitude towards customer concerns made the experience even more frustrating.
Terrible Value for Money Even something as basic as a bottle of water was being sold at an inflated price, showing a complete disregard for fair pricing or customer experience. When you combine poor service, broken rides, unsafe conditions, and bad food, the entire visit feels like a waste of time and money, if not an outright scam. A Place to Avoid I strongly discourage anyone from visiting Fun and Food Village, Nagpur. It is neither safe nor enjoyable, and it certainly isn’t suitable for families or children. This place needs urgent attention from authorities to enforce safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve even one star, but since Google requires a rating to post a review, I...
