One of the Worst Waterpark experiences totally Disgusting and Unsafe! I usually don't write such harsh reviews, but this visit left me completely shocked and disappointed. The pool water was extremely dirty, with insects floating in it clearly no sign of cleanliness or hygiene. The floor of the pool was damaged and hurting our feet badly while walking. I even experienced seizures in my feet due to the sharp and damaged tiles. The changing rooms and washrooms were equally horrible — filthy, smelly, and not cleaned at all. It was disgusting to even step inside. There is absolutely no hygiene or maintenance anywhere in the park. As for the amusement and adventure park, half of the slides were not working. And for the ones that were, we had to wait for the staff to finish using them themselves! Yes, the staff were openly enjoying the rides instead of managing the guests. The wave pool operated only twice for 15 minutes each, which is ridiculous. The slides were unsafe, poorly managed, and didn’t even feel secure to use. The swimming costumes provided were of terrible quality, completely unhygienic and worn out. But the worst part — the staff were fighting among themselves, shouting, throwing slippers at each other, screaming abuses in front of families and children, and even throwing their footwear into the pool! This was completely unacceptable and shocking behavior. It felt like we were in the middle of a street fight, not a family waterpark. This place was a total waste of money and time. There was no fun, no management, no safety, and no professionalism at all. I strongly do NOT recommend this...
