Read moreIf this so-called Mahatma Gandhi Research Foundation really believed in Gandhian values, it would not shamelessly loot people in the name of Gandhi. Charging a hefty fee of ₹200 per person and ₹400 for children below 18 years of age is sheer exploitation. Gandhiji was a proponent of equality and accessible education for all, but this place seems to be made only for the rich, with no place for the common man.
If the intention was really to propagate Gandhiji's ideas, the entry fee would have been nominal—somewhere around ₹50—so that more and more people could take advantage of these so-called facilities. But there seems to be no intention to promote education or ideology here, rather it seems to be a ploy to fleece people.
We travelled all the way from Bhusawal to come here, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. Forget about paying ₹200 per person, even visiting this place for free seems worthless.
