Worst Service ,Very bad experience & worst hospitality

We 7 friends had gone and opted for this hotel comes just because this hotel near to aurangabad and next to H2O water , all places can be covered from here but service which they had provided is very pathetic. Usually when we go for Hotel just basic complimentary @lst water bottle can be expected but these people have charged even for that. Just imagine we have to call reception and asked for dustbin to keep in room. No basic things are available. For every single thing we had to call and ask please get this.

We had ordered food (Veg biriyani) but imagine getting cockroach in that food. when asked they just said sorry and left off. This is how there response is...Not worth for money.

This HOTEL is very expensive in Aurangabad, if we keep same money we can get best hotel in aurangabad even local people has...

Nice water park... Beautiful location...entry fee is normal and that's the reason many people prefer this location which little bit near also..once you enter you can enjoy each and every section..canteen is paid and price is little high.. And yes you can get swimming costumes from them if you don't have your own one..Lockers are available so don't worry about that..i recommend you to before entering into water check the quality of water.. If it's dirty don't go inside it causes rashes or other skin disease... Many cases happened already..be careful about this things..
