Best time to visit temple is monsoon /rainy season.
If you want visit the temple in summer or winter, try to climb in morning or evening when there is no sun as it will be tiring in afternoon.
Though it is a bit harder if you are climbing for the first time but the scenery view is outstanding and will be worth once you reach.
It's a short trek. There are total nearly 560 stairs. It will take 20-30 minutes to reach on top...
Also any person with health and breathing issues should avoid climbing because it is one of the difficult place to climb as stairs are more than 500 and too steep and not easy to climb. This hike is not recommended for senior citizens...
There are many dogs near temple. Pet lovers Keep some biscuit packets with you.. Feels like God khandobas itself residing here...
When you reach at top, you can see mountains, dense jungle, Barvi Dam's reservoir, Ulhas river everything seems so tiny and beautiful...

There were many kids trecking along. There are 558 approx stairs up and same count down. If you climb in zigzag way its easy to go upstairs. Just be more careful while coming down as its knee jerking activity. Try to sir for a while outside temple and feel the divine Breeze you will cherish it.
