Dapoli Perfect Weekend Gateway from Pune and Mumbai.

Dapoli, a small town in Ratnagiri, is everything a holiday destination should be. Dapoli is a perfect place for a beach holiday and has something for everyone. With a long stretch of beach stretching from Dabhol in the south to Kelshi at the northern end, Dapoli has one of the longest stretches of beach.

The temples, hot springs and archeological sites around Dapoli never cease to amaze and make it a perfect holiday destination.

One of the best beaches in Maharashtra, Dapoli is surrounded by several beautiful beaches such as Karde Beach, Ladghar Beach, Harnai Beach and Anjarle Beach.

We had an unforgettable trip from Dapoli for 3 days from Mumbai by car. It took 6 hours to reach our resort from our home (Kandivali West). We enjoyed Ladghar and Murud beach. At Murud beach we had taken a boat trip to enjoy the dolphins. Yes, Dapoli beach has a good number of dolphins and we were able to see them too.
