Mapro Garden in Wai is a delightful destination for a quick getaway, especially for those who enjoy fresh produce, delicious snacks, and a scenic atmosphere. Located amidst the lush greenery of the Western Ghats, it offers a refreshing experience for families, couples, and groups of friends. Ambience & Location The garden is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping, vibrant flowers, and a serene atmosphere. It’s an ideal place to take a stroll, click pictures, and enjoy the fresh air. The seating areas are spacious, and there’s a relaxed, open vibe that makes it a great stopover while traveling to Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani. Food & Beverages The highlight of Mapro Garden is undoubtedly its fresh fruit-based offerings. Their strawberry with cream is a must-try, along with thick shakes, ice creams, and fresh fruit juices. The wood-fired pizzas and grilled sandwiches are also delicious and worth trying. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Shopping Experience The garden has a retail outlet where you can buy Mapro’s famous fruit crushes, syrups, jams, and chocolates. They also offer free tastings, which is a nice touch. The products are slightly premium-priced, but the quality makes them worth it. Service & Facilities The staff is polite and efficient, and the overall service is quick, even when it’s crowded. Parking is ample, and the washrooms are clean, making it a convenient stop for travelers. Overall Verdict Mapro Garden in Wai is a fantastic place to relax and indulge in delicious treats while enjoying nature. Whether you’re stopping for a short break or planning a longer visit, it’s a great spot to refresh yourself and stock up on some high-quality fruit products. ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 Pros: Beautiful ambience, delicious food, great shopping options, clean facilities. Cons: Can get crowded during peak hours, slightly expensive products. Would definitely recommend it for a refreshing pit stop!

We visited Mapro food park on a weekend, Saturday. Upon entering you first need to register for a factory tour, so we got the tickets. It was a total of 234/- per person including gst. There are other options also for discovering for which you need to register first..like the falero rain, miniature rail town museum etc. But we just went for a factory tour. After we took the tickets, there was still sometime for the factory tour, so we sat to have some snacks and their best juices/strawberry stuff. We tried something different this time, and not their very famous strawberry icecream. We tried chocolate shake and cold coffee, which tasted really good. Later, they took us for the tour, but before that they had an introduction in the form of a video, which was for about 15 minutes. After that they took us for an actual factory tour. The tour was a bit boring as most of the machines were not working, only few of them were operational. A guide took us for the tour, and explained everything in short. Later on, they give us some complementary chocolates to eat and falero small chocolate pouch. Lastly, we ended here by taking some pictures in and around the food park. There are also some adventure activities, like zip line and sky cycle which I could see were actually working. Overall,  It is a good place to enjoy with kids and family ( not really meant for couples). You can easily spend half a day there.

Mapro food park is located at wai We went on Sunday the place was crowded. In this mapro food park they have recently started games like rain of falero chocolate where you can catch and take chocolate home, then zipline, rock climbing, giant swing, sky cycling, etc Here kids and adults both can enjoy. They have also taken care of all the safety measures. Amusement park or the game section is the best We went specially to eat strawberry with cream but they serve very poor quality we accept the place was crowded then too. So poor quality dnt ask. When u take money why can't u serve a proper thing. I dnt understand. Also they were not able to handle the customer properly on the ice cream stand. Instead I would recommend the MAPRO GARDEN which is located in Mahabaleshwar - Panchgani road is the best i feel it was quite busy then too they served a perfect strawberry cream 🍨 ice cream Pizza also took around 20-25 mins wait , pizza 🍕 was nice. Wait time they have to manage i feel no proper management. They were giving pizza to staff to serve on table and the staff was bringing it back saying they have not order pizza 🍕. They only dnt knw who has order. Plz check with your system or upgrade them. So check if it's crowded or not before ordering food. Simple. To enjoy ur meal. 3 stars m only giving for the amusement park which they have recently started. Other wise really poor sevice.

I used to absolutely love this place—it was a haven of peace. The atmosphere was so serene; I could walk around for hours, enjoying the vegetable plantations and the decorative bushes that made the place feel like a little slice of nature. It used to be the perfect escape, and I always felt a sense of calm whenever I visited.

The shopping area here is also great—spacious and well-organized with a decent variety of shops. You could easily spend time browsing without feeling crowded or rushed.

Unfortunately, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. One of the main reasons I would come here was for their iconic "Strawberries with Cream & Ice Cream"—it was always the highlight of my trip. But on Sunday afternoon, much to my dismay, it was out of stock. I asked the cashier about it, and he simply said it wouldn't be available that day. That was a real letdown.

Additionally, the indoor seating area had its AC turned off, which made the place uncomfortably warm. Given the hot weather, that was not exactly the kind of environment I had hoped for when relaxing indoors.

If your main motivation for coming here is to enjoy the "Strawberries with Cream & Ice Cream," I'd suggest skipping this place for now. The consistency is lacking, and you're likely to be disappointed. I would recommend heading over to Mala's instead—they always have it available and the experience is generally more reliable.

It's still a nice place for a stroll, but until they address these issues, I think I'll be looking elsewhere...
