This is the perfect camping location closer to Mumbai. During monsoons, it looks like mini-Scotland and gives a real country side view. Surrounded by mountains and clouds hovering around makes this place a mystical beauty.

There's a place to camp but you have to take the permission of the villagers before doing so. Since many people are coming to know about this place, there are restrictions in place and they sometimes don't let you take pics as well.

As you walk ahead through the trail you reach Garbett plateau base and also get surrounded by lot of water bodies where people go diving and swimming.

Best place to visit to have peace. It is near bhivpuri as well as neral station. A very quiet place with its scenic beauty. The best time to visit is around 4 pm in the evening so that you can also see the sunset. It's a very nice place which cannot be skipped if you r planning a trip to matheran via road. The road is still in bad condition. Taking the car till the end is a little difficult if you have a car other than SUVs or cars without good ground clearance. Lovely place for peace lovers, calming and relaxing place overlooking the mountains of matheran and lake gives you sweet breeze. Eye catching location specially during June July as clouds will give you the glimpse of Pangong Lake. Very beautiful and very less crowded.
