Sane Guruji national memorial — Attraction in Maharashtra

The Sane Guruji National Memorial Trust has developed a camp site on 36 acres of area near Goregoan, Raigad of Maharashtra. The camp site is surrounded by very beautiful hills. The surrounding of the site is green for all the seasons of the year.The site is connected to to 'Goregoan Road' Railway station of Konkan Railway and also to Mumbai-Goa National Highway (NH17) by a well maintained tar road. Auto-rickshaws are available from 'Mangaon' and 'Goregaon Road' railway station and also from 'Mangaon' and 'Goregaon' ST bus stand. The site is well equipped to accomodate around 200 students at a time. Various schools from Mumbai and Pune, colleges from Maharashtra and Gujrat are regularly conducting camps at the sites. Sane Guruji Rashtriya Smarak located at Wadghar near Mangav in Raigad Dt. of Maharashtra is a place located very close to Mumbai Goa highway as well as Goregoan Rd. station on Konkan Railway.
