Communication: You need to start journey from Dhaka. BUS & Aeroplane services are Available. Buses service is popular and cheap, these are available from all the notable bus counters in Dhaka. "ENA, Hanif, Green Line" transport companies have AC and non-AC bus services. First, go to Sylhet by bus. Kadamtali is the main bus counter in Sylhet. All the transports from Dhaka come here. "Gate Lock Service" and "local service" buses are available from "Kadamtali" or "Sobhanibagh area" to Jaflong. Then walk to Zero Point of Jaflong. Boat rentals are available from here. Boat fares will be 700-800 BDT (Maximum). In this waterfall area, lockers are available which is suitable for storing bags, shoes and other essentials. Store your items in locker & take key, then enjoy a bath in the waterfall. So beautiful & energetic sound with peaceful strong heart touching feelings.
Taking pictures or taking a bath is completely free. However, some cameramen are available here, but they will take money to take pictures. Next to this waterfall is Rakhine Para, Dauki river- which exists in both Bangladesh and India.
Caution: There are many rocks around this waterfall, some of which are very sharp and slippery. Be careful about these. Do not enter the Indian border.
