Thlu Amwi Falls — Attraction in Meghalaya

This place is gorgeously beautiful. It's location is not so far from the town (Jowai) you can even hire a local cab to reach there. One does not need to walk to get here. You don't need a lot of fund to get here. It's a very low budget kind of trip. Adjacent to the fall lies a national recognition archeological stone bridge of old. It's like a 'killing two bird with one stone' trip. Sadly, people who comes here couldn't maintain its cleanliness, there's a lot of loitering happening around the place but that can't be blamed only to the tourist since there is no proper dustbin or dumping area. I hereby suggest everyone who visit this heaven to keep the area clean and green. P.S make your own lunch, grab your backpack and get here...

Love it , beautiful fall with loot of people came here for picnic etc. the water is clear and pure . this place is amizing .Near this place there is a rock bridge which is construct by 1 people in the ancient time . when the time is for morning walk many people came here . I request to all who visit this please don't throw anything and don't make bad this...

Somehow this attraction cannot be given a 5. No doubt, it looks grand from afar. But get closer, the surrounding is littered with broken bottles and plastic waste. Looks very tempting for a swim but beware of the broken bottles. If those bottles don't kill you, the cold will. I'd suggest that you take all your selfies standing on top of the bridge on...
