EsselWorld is an amusement park located in Gorai on Dharavi island, Mumbai. It covers an area of 65 acres along with Water Kingdom, and was opened to the public in 1989. Along with Adlabs Imagica, EsselWorld is one of the largest amusement parks in India.The park has been temporarily closed until further notice since April 2022.

EsselWorld has been involved in multiple controversies. The original land acquisition for 700 acres was mired in controversy and claimed to be illegal. Additionally, there have been allegations of illegal destruction of mangroves and violation of coastal zone regulations.

By Road One can drive to Essel World by car by taking the Western Express Highway. Make sure to drive down through the Mira-Bhayander Road. You can also hire a taxi from the city. There are buses that go to Gorai Creek frequently and from there, you can board Essel World's ferries, which will take you to the park.

By Rail Local trains going to Malad and Borivali station are ideal because this is where you need to disembark if you intend to go to Essel world. From here, you can take any public transport of your choice and board a ferry to Essel World at Gorai Creek.

Single visit to all the rides take around 4 hrs on weekends and around 3 hrs during weekdays. The duration is slightly more in seasons.

Silver Adult package entitles guest to enjoy all Adult & Family rides unlimited times. Silver Child package entitles guest to enjoy all Child & Family rides.

Basic Package-The value of ₹ 290 is pre-loaded in the Basic card, from which ₹ 90 will be deducted towards entry fee to EsselWorld and the balance ₹ 200 can be redeemed at any counter(s) such as F&B outlets, Fab5 merchandise stores or rides in EsselWorld during the day of visit.

This Basic card is accessible and valid only at EsselWorld premise.

₹ 200, if not redeemed during the day of visit, will neither be refunded nor can be transferred to other card(s) and will get lapse by the end of the visit day.

The Basic card can be re-loaded with the desired amount from the recharge stations available at the park.

The balance amount in the Basic card is non-refundable at the end of visit day.

Credit balance on the card is not transferable.

The re-loaded amount on the Basic card has a validity of 12 months from the date of recharge and all the credit will be forfeited if not used within 12 months.

Basic card if lost can be traced from user’s mobile number and can be blocked if informed to EsselWorld authorities on time. The lost card will be replaced with another Basic card at a fee of  ₹ 50.

Passport Next is an Annual pass valid for 1 year and you have total 3 visit in 1 year. You have 4th Complimentary entry in ₹ 100 (valid from Jan to Mar and Jul to sept). It also includes discount coupons for F&B and paid attractions. Passport Rate – ₹ 1390/- + GST
