After reading such glowing reviews,and after their PR person had personally sold us"privilege membership",we made the enormous mistake of visiting this place. They had been informed 5 days prior,that there is a child's birthday,we plan to celebrate it-number of guests and their needs were also shared with their team.They had assured us that there won't be any issues. That day happened to be the day following sital sasti,and the service was abysmal. Just the ticketing etc took over an hour,not due to the crowd but because apparently we couldn't use the "coupons" that they themselves had sold to us! There are no place in the "fine dine" restaurant,and they were terribly understaffed! Food tastes good but it took them forever to serve us,they even ran out of utensils. During final billing,when we asked about the agreed upon discount,the owner's son treated us as if they had let us in for free and that we should be grateful to them. The tone was rude and disrespectful as can be. Compared to other water parks I have visited over the years,they barely have any rides,there is just a kiddie pool which gives a good photo opportunity,after all this to behave as if they are entitled to our money because they are the owners is ridiculous!
