Sree sant Eknath (1533-1599) was a santt in the Warkari sect of Maharashtra. He was born In 1533, Paithan was born here.
Eknath considered the Janardan Swami of Devgiri (Daulatabad) as his teacher. Eknath got his education from Vedanta, Yoga, Bhaktiyog, and learned from him. For a long time spent in meditation and passion. After the pilgrimage with the guru, he accepted the house-building. GirijaBai is the name of his wife.
Bhaskarpant Kulkarni, the original man of Eknath, lived in the locality of Paithan. Saint Bhanudas is the father of Eknath. They worship the Sun. Sri Sankrantinath's father was named Suryanarayana. His mother's name was Rukmini. The birth of Eknath is believed to have occurred between 1450 and 1455. The parents' association has not been enjoyed for a long time. They were nurtured by grandfathers. Chakrapani and Saraswati are their grandfather and grandmother. Eknath had a passion for spirituality and harmony since childhood. Sadguru Janardhanaswami, the teacher of Eknath, was the Youth Court ruler at Devgad (Devgiri). This is the original Chalisgaon resident; Their last name was Deshpande. They were Datapasak. Sant Eknath, as a guru, was very upset with him. Nath worked hard to do Gurusva and Satyat Dattatreya appeared to him and said as a Dwarwadi to stand by the side of Natha. Nath also performed many pilgrimages. Nath married a girl. This girl was from Vaijapur near Paithan. Eknath and Girijabai had two daughters named Godavari and Ganga and Hari. His son, Haripandit, became his son. He disciple of Natha After Eknath took Samadhi, Haripandita started taking Nadha's Paduka every year for Pandharpura for aspiration.

Nath was born after 250 years after Sant Dnyaneshwar. Saying 'Open Door Open', Nath made public awareness with the help of Bharud, Jogwa, Gavalani, Ghuddhal. Saint Eknath was a saintly, pantakvi and tantakvi. Ranjan and awakened. They refer to themselves as 'one Janardan', a collective name is their numeral. He wrote many compositions, Abhangas, Gavleghal. His book 'Eknathi Bhagwat' is popular. This is a commentary on the eleventh scandal. There are basically a total of 1,367 shlokas.
