🌟 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed with Fun in Sun Water Club, Gurdaspur

I had one of the worst experiences at this so-called “Fun in Sun” Water Club. There was absolutely nothing fun about it, except the high prices and the even higher level of mismanagement.

➡️ Staff Behaviour: Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. The staff talks to customers as if they are doing us a favour. No manners, no training, and zero hospitality. Basic decency is missing.

➡️ Manager's Attitude: Multiple requests were made to speak with the manager about issues we faced, but he never came out. It seems like he was either avoiding customers or simply didn’t care. This kind of management is a recipe for disaster.

➡️ Overpriced Items: The ticket prices are already very steep for what little they offer.

➡️ No Value for Money: The condition of the premises does not justify the high entry fee. Facilities are average at best, and service is way below standard. If you're expecting a clean, well-managed, customer-friendly experience — look elsewhere.

🚫 Not recommended at all. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. This place is only about extracting money from visitors with no regard for service or customer satisfaction.

Worst experience ever in my life... Poor service... Staff behaviour is very bad... Also the rides are too risky. They arranged many rides in small area...i entered park at 12 pm and come out at 12:45. Firstly fare too high for the unsafe park. They have swiping machine but didn't allow to use it. When i tried a slide afterthat i got some injuries.And in pool,my daughter attacked by honeybee. poor thing is that, they didnt have first aid kit. In my experience, if u spend sometime in hell then just visit...

Overall was a fun location, great fun with friends but the problem was that the slides weren’t really safe, they just put you on a tube and send you down, my son hit his head on his knee on the way down due to not being on the tube properly and now has quite a deep cut on the inside of his lip, so would advise them to be more careful...
