It is the most famous Gurudwara of Jallandhar. This Gurudwara is built in the memory of Shaheed Baba Nihal Singh Mudhar and Shaheed Baba Harnam Singh Mudhar who were devoted to the Lord and meditated for achievement of salvation. They lived for the well being of the mankind. While Baba Nihal singh ji passed away in the year 1909, Baba Harnam Singh Ji left for heavenly abode in the tear 1984,and desired that their cremation be done at Talhan- their Tapasthan. and stated that the wishes of devotees reaching that place with clear heart will be fulfilled.. Baba Harnam Singh was a relative and a disciple of Baba Nihal Singh ji. This place was subsequently turned into Gurudwara. Just near the Nishan sahib, at 3 places, Guru Granth Sahib has been installed. The first place belongs to Sant baba Harnam Singh ji, the middle one is general and the last place near the Banyan tree belongs to Sant Baba Nihal Singh ji. Under the Banyan tree, Divine Jyoti has been installed in a beautiful room constructed for this purpose. Pure ghee is used as a fuel for the divine jyoti. Behind the 3 places mentioned above, there is a big hall constructed for pilgrims to take rest. The Akhand Path Hall of the Gurudwara is a sacred place where 40-45 Akhand Paths are always in progress. There is a big Langer hall where non stop Langer seva is available from morning till 9 PM. Tea service is also available. The volunteers themselves offer services for cleaning of dishes and cleanliness of the Gurudwara building.
