This is a very well maintained museum about 15 kilometers from Chandigarh/ Mohali

This is on the way to SIswan dam from Chandigarh

The place is dedicated to Dr Diwan Singh Kalepani and the Indian War of Independence

It has life size posters of all the leaders and graphic representation of many historical events of Indian Independence

They have also made a replica of the prison cell where Dr Kalepani spent during his tenure as a war prisoner at Cellular Jail at Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar islands

Nice visiting experience at this place. It's always a great feeling to visit such places as it creates a feeling of patriotism & endless respect for our independence struggle heroes. One of such heroes was 'Dr. Kaplani'. You can visualise his struggle, contribution for the freedom struggle and his writing contribution to Punjabi Literature.
