Read morePros The palace is indeed a great experience. You can feel how the people must have lived there and is a grand feeling..
Cons They have absolutely no idea of hospitality business and do not seem interested in this business. Staff are limited and do not care to give service.. the charges are exorbitant.. Even that would have been ok but the quality of food is like a road side stall.ordered a fish tikka but all i received was half cooked fish pakora without any masala. To make matters worse, it was ice cold.. halfway through the meal, they finally realised that they should have served salad also and decided to serve few slices of onions cut randomly and served in an uncouth manner(photos attached). Regarding bar, it was priced at charges like that of five star and thereafter they charged tax of 24 precent. Moreover, a cocktail worth 650+24%tax was served in a borosil drinking water glass.
Overall, charges of five star, food like that from stalls and service really...
