A truly incredible experience in "Incredible India" Karni Mata is considered as incarnation of Durga Devi and is official deity of the royal family of Jodhpur and Bikaner. How to reach - Regular buses ply from Bikaner every 15-20 mins. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes. Regular buses depart from Deshnok to Bikaner just beside the temple (<50 meters) at frequency of 30 minutes. If you intend to travel by train, there are trains at 6:00AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM, 10AM, 11AM from Bikaner Junction. Travel time by train is less than 25 mins. What to see - Rata, Rats and Rats... Darshan Time - If you avoid Navratras, there is hardy any queue and you can have darshan in less than 5 mins. Do not miss the Karni Mata museum in front of temple. It has information about life of karni mata and her divine blessings. One of the rare sight where you get to see thousand of mouse moving freely all around the temple. Finding a white mouse is supposed to be good omen. 600 years old temple n very well kept. The statue is surprisingly come from Jaiselmer n sculpted by a blind man. Must visit if you are in Bikaner

This is a museum situated in Deshnok, opposite the famous Karni mata temple.The entry fee is Rs 5.It houses various events in the life of Karni mata in form of huge framed pictures in a hall.Devotees and tourists visiting the famous Karni mata temple also visit here.A huge tree is in the courtyard has a peculiar shape.Nicely...
