Khade Ganesh Ji Temple is a beautiful and well-maintained Hindu temple located in Kota, Rajasthan, India. It is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the god of new beginnings. The temple is famous for its unique standing bell (Khade Ganesh), which is located on a pillar above the main entrance. The bell is so high that a special ladder is used to ring it.

The temple is a popular pilgrimage site and attracts a large number of devotees from all over India. It is especially crowded on Wednesdays, which is considered to be the auspicious day of Lord Ganesha. The temple also hosts a number of festivals throughout the year, including Ganesh Chaturthi, which is the biggest festival dedicated to Lord Ganesha.

The temple complex is quite spacious and includes a number of other shrines, including a shrine to Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and Lord Kartikeya. There is also a large garden and a pond located within the complex.

The temple is located about 17 kilometers from Kota Junction railway station and can be easily reached by bus or taxi. There are also a number of hotels and guesthouses located near the temple for visitors who wish to stay overnight.

Here are some of the things that I liked about Khade Ganesh Ji Temple:

The temple is very beautiful and well-maintained.

The atmosphere in the temple is very peaceful and serene.

The priests and staff at the temple are very friendly and helpful.

The temple complex is quite spacious and includes a number of other shrines, as well as a garden and a pond.

The temple is located in a convenient location, near the highway and about 17 kilometers from Kota Junction railway station.

This Temple is a truly unique and fascinating place to visit. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesha and is famous for its standing idol of the deity, which is a rare sight in India. The temple is situated on the banks of the Chambal River and is surrounded by beautiful scenery, including a lake where you can spot peacocks. The idol of Lord Ganesha is believed to be over 600 years old and is worshiped in a standing position, which is unlike most other temples in India where the idol is worshiped in a sitting or lying down position.

The temple is open to visitors from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the best time to visit is during the morning hours. You can reach the temple by flight, train, or road, and it's approximately 16 kilometers away from the Kota Junction Railway Station. The temple is a popular tourist destination and is visited by devotees and tourists alike, especially on Wednesdays, which is considered a special day for Lord Ganesha.

One of the interesting things about the temple is its history, which dates back to over 600 years ago. The temple has undergone several renovations and expansions over the years, but the idol of Lord Ganesha remains the same. The temple is also known for its beautiful architecture and intricate carvings, which are a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of the artisans who built it.

If you're planning to visit the temple, you can expect to find a peaceful and serene atmosphere, with beautiful scenery and a rich history. The temple is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in history, culture, and spirituality.

There is also a park near the temple , where you can spend quality time with your loved ones. This park is now...

Khade Ganesh ji Temple is one of the oldest, peaceful and watchable place in Kota City. There is one of the rare form of sculpture of Lord ganesh where lord Ganesh is in standing form. There are many rituals follow here by people like to make a raw tiny structure of house by stones, Wednesdays early darshan. There are many shops outside the temple premises which offer worship materials including the favourite Laddus(modak) of Lord Ganesh. Administration developed a garden named 'Ganesh Udayan' but they forgot to maintain it. The same thing is with temple. The temple is renovated but they forgot to maintain the premises like fountains, path way and others. Wednesdays are rushy. Situated in big area.
