Niliya Mahadev is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in the village of Balderkha, near Bassi in the Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan, India. Read morePositives : 1) Natural Place, 2) Trekking option available to some extent, 3) Swimmers can swim, 4) Some people also dive from top Negetives : 1) There are lot of fishes and they touch you in water all the time, you won't be comfortable in water.. that's the biggest drawback you can't enjoy properly, 2) It's not possible to go under tha waterfall because it's very deep, even good swimmers can't enjoy the waterfall
But overall it's fine...
Must go during rainy season. Approach is easy and the road after leaving highway, while still unpaved, is car friendly. Beware of monkeys though, they will snatch food from your hands. Thankfully, there is a "monkey free" hall where you can eat and cook safely 🙂 . This is basically a hall with fully covered iron fence where monkeys cant enter
