Padharo Travel — Attraction in Rajasthan

I used the service of Padharo for a tour of Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur from Udaipur. The experience was seamless. Miss Purti followed up my tour plan diligently, and answered all queries. She also gave the name and phone number of the driver bang on time. The service is so good that there is hardly any chance of last moment tension.

The driver Mr. Durgesh was friendly and always smiling. He was patient and while I took my time going through the places, he never complained. He was extremely punctual and drove safely. His car was also in extremely good condition.

Two drawbacks: Firstly, the price quoted was on the higher side than their peers. Secondly, the entire amount had to be paid in full in advance to book.

However, it would be cruel to deduct stars for this. Based on the quality of service and safety that they offer, these minor issues are acceptable to me. Padharo, keep up the...

Worst experience..!!! Even 1 star is also far good for this. Let me share my experience: we booked etios for self driven for 600km drive. First they event don't acknowledged our booking.. not even any mail confirmation. After lots of calls with them, we get one mail confirmation for booking. when we get the car, it was very messy not cleaned at-all. The most terrific experience was that when we reach around 100kms, the car front- right tyre gets burst and somehow we survived. The car bumper gets break due to tyre burst and the padharo owner is blaming us for that incident. He later gave us breeza after waiting for 2 hrs on the road. The Rajasthan Trip was so difficult to plan initially due to lot of distance to be covered and irregular bus timings with our touring timings. Padharo helped with a Selfdrive vehicle that allowed a different location drop off with which we could cover most of the places. Overall they have polite staff, good vehicles and their app is excellent with audio guides and other good activity bookings. Response from the suppor team is also exceptional. Especially Pruti she helped in every step of bookings
