During my recent trip to Pushkar, I decided to explore this hidden gem, intrigued by its allure. While I was initially concerned about potential dust in the air, the surroundings were surprisingly clear and refreshing, allowing me to enjoy the experience fully. However, one aspect that could be improved is the ticketing process. To gain entry, visitors must obtain a free ticket from the marble associate office located approximately 1km away. While the ticket is free, it requires providing Aadhar and car number for registration. Additionally, those planning to use a DSLR might face a nominal charge. Despite the ticketing process inconvenience, the Kishangarh Snow Yard is undeniably worth the effort. The mesmerizing landscape, coupled with the intertwining of nature and human craftsmanship, left me in awe. I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty and creativity on display. In conclusion, if you find yourself in Pushkar, I highly recommend visiting the Kishangarh Snow Yard. It provides an enriching experience that combines the natural serenity with the marvels of the marble industry. The management could consider providing tickets on the premises to enhance visitor convenience, but the overall experience is undoubtedly memorable and worth exploring.

This famous tourist place has wastes of marble slurry, you can see heaps of marble wastes everywhere, the place is no other than Kishangarh Dumping Yard Ajmer. This place is popularly known as the mines of snow. As far as you can see, you will only find a white heap that looks like a White snowy place. The Kishangarh Dumping Yard is spread over a vast area. If you were to go through pictures of this place then you are likely to be tricked. As the locals call it (Desi Switzerland), you will have no reason to differ from them. If you were to stand at the center of the dumping yard you will be seeing snow all around you, and lush green trees in the backdrop. There are various small ponds available in the dumping yard, the water stored in them is so crystal clear that one can see the bottom of it. One should definitely try visiting this amazing place. Activities :- 1. The place is very popular among the local crowd as a perfect spot for taking photos. 2. Couples who are about to get married also find this place suitable for their pre-wedding shoot. You can visit this place with friends and can spend a few hours here. 3. Dumping yard in now days most popular in places to visit in Ajmer. Tips for visiting :- 1. Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the Kishangarh Dumping Yard. 2. Try not to enter the ponds that are situated there. 3. Vehicles are allowed inside the dumping yard, so drive safely. 4. If you have breathing problems, then try to wear a mask during your visit.

Kishangarh dumpyard is a serendipity area which appeared of nowhere, when the Marble factories started dumping their slurry at one place, our eyes catch it as a Arctic area so people started storming the place n it become a tourist place ,so Marble association put some stone artefacts to capture photos n selfies for tourists n set up some snack shops toilet facilities n parking area n helipad ,many prominent stars did shoot their films n song here ,slurry is also being carried out from here ,some baren tree trunks are also centre of attraction here ,n seepage water from slurry n rain do make here small lakes which gives different colours in different time of the day,it is in the Marble industrial area of kishan garh ,112 km from jaipur n 30 km from ajmer you can reach by train n bus from both cities n kishangarh airport n jaipur airport are also nearby one to reach here ,other attraction of city is fort n various places ,kishangarh art is famous like bani thani of King sawant singh aka nagri das, so visit this beautiful place to enjoy the scenic beauty of kishangarh

It’s is really good place , visit during eve since in afternoon it’s very hot and you won’t be able to open your eyes . It gives you a feel of snow around you and very peaceful to your ice , no noise . It’s a wasteland that’s passes like a dream land and a destination for wedding photo shoot or some family shoot ,even movie can be made (with permission) . You get to see storm also . It’s looks really great. The industry was facing a challenge of dumping the waste called slurry, produced in the manufacturing of natural stone. As a solution to it, Eco-friendly dumping yard (First) was constructed in 2005 Carry your props for getting a nice shoot since it’s white like snow , you can carry some colour along with you and can enhance your photos for lifetime. If you pause a little and look carefully at the seemingly virgin spectacle, the Valley dreams melt away fast as the dust settles down. For the white expanse is not snow, but marble slurry, spread all over an area that serves as the dumping yard for Asia’s biggest marble trading centre.

New timing for visit is 10 AM -5 PM. Before entering into Dumping Yard visitors has to take permission from Marble Association office which is around 1 km away. Earlier visitors had take permission if they were going at other times than visiting hours. If you are thinking that you will take permission after requesting concerned officials than you are wrong because Marble Association office opens at 10 AM. One can go in off hours too but that is risky because then you have to go through passage which is used to dump slurry and if there will be thick coating of slurry then you might get stuck in it. So, be cautious if you are opting this option and only go in daylight. Further you would be trespassing in Association's property. Further it's not that good as it used to be. Now they are digging the place and it is not as even as it used to be. People bring there vehicles so it is turning that coating like structure into Powder. Some also dispose plastic which is deteriorating its beauty.

Picturesque & Instagrammable location! The way to this destination is enhanced by the presence of numerous marble factory shops and the marble industry, creating a unique and captivating atmosphere. Ofcourse dust is something you have to adjust to. To access the snow yard, visitors are required to obtain a permit from the Kishangarh Marble Association, which is available free of charge. Entry to the snow yard itself is also free. It is advisable to bring your own water bottle, as there are no shops available for purchasing drinking water, and a short walk may be required. This location is highly popular for various photoshoots, including pre-wedding, modeling, and personal photography sessions. If you have the time or it is included in your itinerary, I highly recommend visiting this place for its exceptional photo opportunities. My recommendation is not to spend more than 2 hours as the marble dust gets into your lungs slowly & unknowingly.
