It was 20th May 2024, Sunday around 1 pm. This was our first time entering the South Water Park. We had no idea about this water park but we had to spend 5 hours somewhere near this area. It was very hot outside so we chose this place to spend our 5 hours.
Ticket prices here vary depending on the season, so it's better to check beforehand or try to bargain. We bought 5 tickets at ₹650 per person which included welcome cold drink with chowmein and an unlimited plate of Chole Bhature as food. There was also a ticket of ₹750 which included proper meal including Chole Bhature.
Please confirm in advance about food and drink during your visit...menu is subject to change.
There were four pools. There was a children's pool which was about 2 feet deep, the second was a larger pool which was about 5 feet deep, the third was a pool which had a slide and a shower fountain and the fourth was a pool which had 2 different slides, fountains and a waterfall. There is also a nice floor area with high powered showers, small water buckets that spray water and a big bucket of water that sprays water every 4-5 minutes.
Music plays all the time. Sound was good but could be improved.
Lockers, costumes, inflatable swimming rings and balls are available on rent by paying additional amount.
There are separate changing room areas for men and women. Washrooms are easily accessible. Cans of free drinking water were also placed at the entrance of the pool area. Ample seating area is available at the entrance of the pool area and a large cooler is also placed there to keep cool.
Some things that I didn't like as well as they should: Flushing and water supply to toilets. Function of doors of shower/changing cubicles. Management and classification of food serving. Options to purchase meals and snacks. Availability of tea, coffee, soft drinks.
Some of these things mentioned above may affect the user experience.
Overall, this is a nice little water park for those who want to spend time in the water with a nice water pool, showers, water falls, small slides, some food and a fun-filled break.
Overall a nice well maintained water park for family...

Read moreIt's my second time visiting here after a long time, not a good experience :( -Don't buy tickets in advance the service is not that good. The pool costume is not included in tickets you have to buy separately but even the costumes will be available or not you can't say. -The owner here claimed it's a family waterpark safe for every age group and still I was there with my family women's and we faced verbal harrassment and the group coming back to us everywhere in waterpark ( we also talked to authority there regarding to this incident) ; to be honest the crowd quality has lowered after these all years here ....(Cheap crowd) The " CHEAP CROWD" Comes here as they give per hour tickets also to the random people. In short, 250 meh ek ghante ke liye aa jao or enjoy karte hue logo ke sath harkate machake nikal jao. The authority should look after this for future concerns. The water quality is okay okay, we didn't face any rashes and chlorine irritations. The water was not that clean, it was yellow as we visited in evening batch but there is no after effects from it for me. -The food here is edible they will provide simple food in average quality so I will recommend to ask them in advance about the menu then buy the tickets as the tickets price will change according to the food(breakfast/lunch/ dinner). Overall, I was happy about my first visit here (3 years ago) but very disappointed with my 2nd visit here. never gonna come back here, it's time to try new ( other ) waterparks for me at the place of going back to this same "The South...
