A very good place to hangout and chill with friends . Don't come here if you wanna see various animal species , because it's very hard to find them in the sanctuary . Also there are not much creatures to see . But , if you are a trekking-person you must come here . The place is so positive and enthusiastic . The trek is about 2.5-3 km approximately . After you reach the top the view is like mesmerizing . The place is in it's best when you visit in rainy season or even after a month or so . The entry ticket is 25rs and you need a identity proof like adhar , license , any card of any organisation , school Id card etc . Any identity is allowed . You have to give at least four hours here to enjoy ralamandal fully . The food are arrangements are very bad , it just has a tapri kind of thing . So foodies must bring their food with them . You can get water easily . Also there is something called ride in golf cart in which they take you to a round on a golf cart . It charges approximately 250 rs extra . At a conclusion very nice place for trekkers and a must visit place if you live in Indore . It's hardly like 4 km from Indore main city . Timing is 7:00 AM to 5:00PM . Do check if it is open or not before you are coming . Greenary all around . I hope this review had...

Ralamandal Wildlife Sanctuary is a hidden gem just a short drive from Indore city. It's perfect for a short trek or a peaceful day out in nature. The trekking trail is about 2.5 km and takes around 30-45 minutes to reach the top, where the historic Shikargah (hunting lodge) built by the Holkars awaits you. The panoramic view from the top is simply stunning, especially during the monsoon and winter seasons when the greenery is at its peak.

The sanctuary is home to blackbucks, leopards, and a variety of birds, although animal sightings are not guaranteed. More than the wildlife, the beauty of the trees like teak, bamboo, and eucalyptus makes the walk very refreshing. If trekking isn't your thing, there are e-rickshaws available to take you up.

Entry fees are reasonable, but facilities like restrooms and drinking water are limited, so it's better to be prepared. It's a great spot for nature lovers, photographers, and even families looking for a quiet escape.

Overall, Ralamandal offers a lovely mix of nature, history, and light adventure β€” definitely worth a visit if you're in or...

This is a really relaxing place to go if you're a nature lover, trekker and mountain lover. The best season to go is in monsoon, July to November, can be visited in winters as well but do not go in summers as you may dehydrate very badly and the greenery is very less because of excessive heat. Reach to the top for the best view of the entire Indore. You can trek through the road, which starts at the left side from the very 1st milestone after entering, the trek might be under 4-5 km. You can trek or take Thar on rent which is available inside the premises. Personal vehicles are not allowed to roam around. There's a special area for deer, black bucks etc in between parking and the main entrance of the century, you can hire a golf van πŸ˜‚ to visit there. Entry fee is Rs 20/person, Parking Rs 10/4 wheeler and Rs 5/ 2 wheeler. Carry reusable bottles for water as use and throw bottles are not permitted, carry your food in your bag but don't litter inside, there's a dustbin at every 200 mtrs, use them. 1 cafeteria is inside the premises in the parking area for food and water.
