Lighthouse Waterpark & Resort — Attraction in Ramtek Taluka

WORST AND WASTE.. 😞 Sunday tickets rate are 700/ for everyone which is too much cost for this waste water park. For swimming costume not allowed cotton clothes only synthetic is allowed they forcing u to buy or rend costumes from them only. When I was went to talk to manager of said completely I m not comfortable with clothes which u provide he said then don't don't go to pool stay outside pool. Very rude manager even I seen lots of people with cotton clothes in the pool they don't care they just trying to fool people with nonsense reasons even my concern was tell me the PROPER REASON he just rude and said u r not allowed in pool finally I was bought clothes 150rs in which 100 is deposit. Very rude and hyper manager please change the manager. Only 4 pool those are very small with dirty water dirty and smell like hell from the starting only water was very dirty. No that mat water rides it's only good for kinds not for others. Some of rides even not working too much wait music is too waste not that much satisfaction. Pool is very much slippery I was slipped 4 5 times yesterday only I went still pain in body. Water quality is too bad everyone from yesterday having eye issues. Even my kids are not able to sleep properly bcz of eye burning. Washroom very dirty even u have to long wait for change and seen some boys roaming on washroom gate lack of security management they just push u and force u for unnecessary things to brought things. Lockers are very small 🤏 Most important food 🍲 😣🤮 a. Pulav- spicy and tasteless even not taste like pulav quantity 😂😂 only 5 or 6 small spoon to eat. Pavbhaji- pav quality very worst. JUST SUGGEST U DON'T JUST DEPENDS ON THAT FOOD GO WITH TIFIN QUALITY VERY POOR or BEST OPTION DON'T EVEN VISIT THAT WATER PARK. Drinking water- very bad quality of water in the water cooler and they provided water after lunch that was not even enough carry water bcz there is not even option for upi or online payment only CASH🤣 Bird park is good but if u want to feed some birds 100/ charge 🧐🤓 Amusement park only 3 ride those are slow very slow☹️ too much wait for rides. Nothing special nothing new. SStaff very rude even they not even replying politely they just showing arrogant and attitude.

🙏MY SUGGESTIO- don't visit this water park at all waste of money and time they even don't knw how this much of rush in small pool can not haldle. They just allow too much rush for money only. 1 or 2 hrs u will think what to do next bcz very small u will get bored soon. *WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME SEARCH BETTER PLACE TO ENJOY WEEKEND🙂

Lighthouse was Completely Waste of money for us:

Worst experience ever( I visited lighthouse on 16th April 2023). We were 8 persons all came to this place from different cities like mumbai, chandrapur, hyderabad, nagpur, etc.

Staff is manner less specially the life guards and body guards. For example if you ask the body guard where is washroom then he will tell you that he doesn't know. I mean seriously ???

They don't give entry in pool without wearing there swimming costume, even there were lot of people's who wore there own clothes but only for us they don't allow us to enter the pool this was partiality. I guess they do this for earning money.

I guess the pools are made only for kids because the deepest pool there is only deep till the hip bone. Pool is very small and not deep though they claim to be the largest waterpark. You will get 4 small size pools. Some Slides were also closed and the working slides were made for kids.

DJ was playing music for his own i guess. He doesn't care what type of music we want he was just playing according to his choice.

If you think that the meal they provide will be sufficient to you then you are wrong. They give 2 puries, 1 big spoon of pulav and 1 big spoon of chole that's it. You should take a tiffin with you because they give limited food and you have to wait for atleast 1 hour to get the food.

Incase you go this place then After suffering in waterpark I will suggest you directly go outside because In the name of Amusement Park they are having only 3 rides and nothing else. Those are also limited you can't go multiple times in the same ride.

Ohh sorry sorry there was one more ride named "dragon". Length of our car was bigger than that I guess. It was also built for kids.

I hope no one should suffer here like we did if you are planning to go here then I will not recommend this place there are other places like fun n food and dwarka you can go there without thinking twice but...

The waterpark is very small. You can say it's a mini water park. There are only 4 slides and 4 pools. Water depth is approx 3.5 ft only. There is no slide with tube rides. There is no wave pool

Food - it's pathetic, tastes bad, and might give stomach ache too. Very limited space to eat food which is also not maintained. There is food all around the floor

Payments - only cash and UPI accepted for booking. And inside the waterpark for food etc only cash is used. Which is a big headache. Afterall How can anyone carry cash in a waterpark conveniently?? This is a serious issue

Complaint - During locker refund, they gave me a coloured note (yellow turmeric colour). Later on they refused to accept it on any counter. Supervisor Yashwant Kanhekar and manager, Saif Ali Khan denied giving the complaints register and said that they do not have any such thing at all. Staff is rude and isn't supportive at all. They live by their own rules

Amusement park - only 3 rides that too is very crowded

Adventure park - This is good and you must try

Magic show and museum - you can skip this completely

Bird Sanctuary - charges are 100 rs extra if you want to feed the exotic birds and to take pics with them. But this is a beautiful experience

Ramdham - good temple and should be visited at the very end

Facilities - bathrooms are just ok. Lockers are very small, hence it's strongly suggested that leaves bags in the car and carry only essentials. Pool tubes for kids are super expensive so carry your own. Inside food is very pathetic, better have a good breakfast at mansar town before entering the park.

Overall suggestion - a poor waterpark, should be avoided...
