Maitri Park — Attraction in Satna

Satna's largest public park, opened just few years back. Located outskirt area from the city, surrounded by a pond from one side and the airport from another side (which eventually isn't running). Beautiful ambiance full of plants and trees, beautiful sculptures (like, Lord Hanuman, story depicting statues inside the glass cabins). Water fountains. The park is very well maintained and also a joyful place. But at some places grasses were overgrown. Also the entry fee is ₹6 and getting change in this isolated place is very difficult. The park is large enough for a good exercise in the morning or family walk in the evening. There are also few common gym equipments and few swings and seesaws. Overall the place is nice to spend some quality time...

So talking about this park let me clear you first it is on the way while you go for Satna Airport, and now talking about it I will just say it is beautiful. Because of greenery and the pond, which has large Shiv murti in mid flourish it.
