Bodimettu is a place at the border of Tamil Nadu. I started my journey from Gap Road Munnar, a winding mountain pass that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. As you ascend the road, you'll be surrounded by lush green tea plantations, cascading waterfalls, and pristine forests. The air is crisp and fresh, and the silence is broken only by the chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves.

This view point has my heart. On the way from theni to munnar ,we can find this place bodimettu which is actually a hot and humid area, but the view makes us to forget the temperature and stuff.Actually the place is Tamil Nadu , so the road are good than Kerala roads (no offense to Kerala roads) . It's actualy a mind refreshing journery from munthal to munnar. it is just 30 minutes travel from bodimaykanur, and it is the perfect place for picnic and for spending a nice time with mountain views and chill weather ,lot of developments are going to promote this place for tourist who come to visit munnar, Chinnakanal and near by hill & tea gardens. I visited this place three times in the recent 3 years, so I was able to see the differences and developments in this place.This place is an upcoming tourist spot, so it's a must visit place.
