It's an infinite expanse of water, completely still and homogenous showing no variation over its wntire area. The enormity of the lake would take you aback when it first hits your sight. The arrangement to sit and view the water is well made with a nicely paved road having seatwalls on both sides. You cannot bring your vehicle into the area but some two wheelers and occasional bigger vehicles do go on that road. The place is neat . People have to park their cars outside a gate and walk up to the lake. The short walk from the gate to the lake is also pleasant with trees all around. There's a flight of steps leading to the water and a few groups occupy that as well.
Tip1 : visit only this location as marked in the map. Take a left from ORR after madha engg college to reach this place. I know people who have gone to other parts of the lake and found it dirty.
