Forest Genetic Resources Tree Park — Attraction in Tamil Nadu

Worst experience…recently i visit this place on monday we r Clg students we bought the entry ticket per person 10₹ we r four members we bought our ticket.. and set some more mins… and i have bought the camera to take some photos .. i didn’t take any photos and my camera va off only … there is working ladies was called me and my frd we r also politely ask what happened. The lady said if u take a photo we should pay 200rs for your camera !! My frd was said 200rs ahh just casually… there was on man mustard bread sir i think he is working on there I don’t abt it … very bad response to people…specially i don’t know his name but mustard that sir called as rude and shouted to us becoz of we didn’t take photos without permission and without taking a camera ticket … okie is point is right okie fine .. okie but there is no poster board at all to take a ticket for camera atleast they should tell … they didn’t tell at all … that sir was rudely shouting to has we didn’t do anything wrong at all …we r Clg students they should tell normal we can understand…and then we paid for camera permission ticket 200rs … okiee we take now photo we go and see inside all the plants and tree are so dry and broken land only is there worst…. Worst… experience no water facility at all totally waste of cost only this place…they handle the people was worst and rude behaviour and there is dry plant and dry land only is there entry point only some plants are green otherwise inside is soo worst 👎🏻…pls take action and do properly rules and...

*Fantastic place in the busy area.. Must go place.. *20 acres area approximately.. Good place to spend evening.. *This place has rare and Medicinal herbs more than 300.. a walk like 5 feet for arround 1.5 km covering all those plants.. Once these plants becomes trees, it will be more like forest..👍 *This place is coming under vandalur zoo.. *Lots of stone seats available in this parks, some were pre occupied by the lovers lookalike.. *It is available till 6pm only.. *No tickets for babies/kids.. for adults Rs.10 only.. *Further lots of kids playing swings, slides, see-saw available.. plenty available.. *And there's a tea shop located which can be access from inside the park also.. it has bajjis, tea, coffee, ice creams, snacks, etc.. *Entire park is clean and good.. must visit place.. *Every Tuesday holiday just like the vandalur zoo.. *Car Parking available on the road, whereas bikes can be parked inside also. *Restroom facility available.. *Selling of medicinal saplings with moderate rates.. you can buy one to...

Refreshing Oasis!

I visited the tree park today and was blown away by its serene atmosphere. The moment I stepped inside, I felt a noticeable drop in temperature - it's significantly cooler here compared to the outside heat!

The park's lush greenery and towering trees provide a perfect canopy, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that some parts of the park are currently closed due to maintenance. Despite this, the remaining areas are still worth exploring.

Overall, I highly recommend visiting the tree park, especially during hot summer days. Just be aware of the ongoing maintenance work and plan your visit accordingly.

Will definitely return once the park...
