In comparison to ooty parks, it is a considerably more well-kept, green, and serene park. It is worthwhile to visit, therefore please add that to the Coonoor or Ooty agenda. You can easily go down and relish spending time here because its entrance is right on the road as you head towards Ooty. The park is sufficiently large and has a play area for children. Park is well-kept, clean, and organised. If you're lucky, you might even be able view the Ooty toy train track from one location of the park. Even a small waterfall that flows close can be seen. Briefly, it's a very lovely spot to visit.

This park is well-kept and has a lot of vegetation. On the road from Metupalayam to Ooty, this location is. The admittance charge, which is necessary to keep it running, was 20 Rs per person. Have good parking space just on the side of the park, and parking charges are also minimal. It's good spot to have a photoshoot for any commercials or pre-wedding. Washrooms also available near the entrance which were enough clean. Sone snacks shops are there at the entrance of the park where you can get tea, coffee, popcorn and some snacks. Hope you...

Kattery park is a perfect place to rest for those who go to Ooty via Mettupalayam Coonoor. A small garden with good greenery and cleanliness. A small stream nearby and the view of tea plantations in the distance and a park adorned with plants keep travelers warm. If we pay 20 rupees for adults and then parking fee, we can enter the park. This place is a station of the toy train going from Mettupalayam to Ooty. We can see the train from this park. We can see the train between 9 am and 10 am. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the inside of the station. Refreshment facilities are also available here. There are small shops are available outside of the park having tea and snacks. There are few shade trees. By 9 o'clock in the morning it will be sunny. A hut and a small parlor are inside the park. In the morning, the toy train stops at the station near the park to fill with water. In such cases, the authorities do not provide the opportunity to see the train and take photos. Access to the stream is also not possible through the park entrance. In any case, it is a good stopover for those traveling with family to rest on their...

Located just 7 km away from the coonoor city, Kattery Park is a well-maintained park where one can enjoy the natural beauty along with a wide variety of colourful and fascinating flowers. It is a wonderful spot for sightseeing lovers and is no less than a heaven. Spread over an area of 5.5 acres of land, the Kattery Park has been a picturesque location which offers spectacular views of the surrounding forests and is comparatively less crowded than other attractions in Coonoor. Visit the flower garden area to interact with more than 25 different types of flowers. This includes a good collection of cacti, shrubs and ornamental flowers. Take your kids to the children’s park for some recreational activities. It is a great spot for families to enjoy a picnic with their loved ones. You can also stop at the canteen to have your favourite snack items. There is also a water fountain area. A must visit place . Entry fee is Rs 20.
