Had the worst experience here today! There was no proper guidance to the walking VR experience. My Mother in law tried it and fell down and now is suffering with Neuropathy Pain. The entire place looked off and the guide/worker totally didn't care about the guests at the place. Though I ve personally been to a Walking VR, this was my MIL's first experience and the operator didn't bother to give her any prior details or instructions and neither was he close to her. She toppled and fell straight on the floor hitting her head with the VR goggles against some interior panels lined up.There was no proper safety instructions shared, zero care and attention given to the player using the VR, added to it the entire place looked like a store house with panels and dust. Went to this spot for some good memories and now she is suffering with severe pain and we ve spent more than 1500 just for medications alone. . I run two ventures and I can guarantee you that the success of a business revolves around the service provided to your customer. When my MIL fell, all that the operator did was to make sure his equipments functioned well. I can totally understand the concern and amount you ve invested on your VR system but nothing can and should come before an accident that could have been avoided with proper safety and guidance. Not even a courtesy of concern was seen with him. While she was bleeding near her nose due to the VR goggle hitting against her nose and whole she was literally under a statement of dementia due to the VR and actual reality all that your TRAINED OPERATOR Could help us with was to check if your VR FUNCTIONED WELL!! Claps in the background . Thanks to God for saving her, what if it was a major accident ? Can't even imagine the number of things that could have happened. My entire family's state of mind is shattered with my Mother in law weaning in pain every 20 mins. . Anyways looking at the state of your premises I should have been wiser to have left in the beginning or atleast been cautious unlike your trained staff. Lesson learnt. . Never ever would I suggest or recommend this place and feel so sorry for visiting this place. I hope the Owner of this business checks into the cctv footage of the incident that took place today to avoid future accidents, I even have the footage of the entire incident so you cannot deny of what actually happened today. Please Rectify your training system. . To those of who planning to visit please be cautious. . Extremely disheartened at how the day and this trip has turned out to be disastrous and...
Read moreThe karting experience, oh, it was a wild ride. We went to the track and there was not an option to pay by time only by laps which is weird but that was the first red flag I guess. The second red flag was probably that they only had two running karts out of a maximum of four single-seater karts, the other two were under maintenance I’d forgiven these details due the fact that they had a longer track. The third detail I should have paid attention to was how much the other customers crashed and how poorly maintained the karts looked. Did I mention that there was a tree on the road in the middle of the track. The amount of gravel on the track was way too much to show any sincere maintenance. Midway into the previous customers laps, her kart (orange) axle’s connecting chain to the engine broke due to the gear on the axle bending and a tire of the other kart popped (blue), looking back on it I realise this could be due to the condition of the track. (Another perk of journeying.) But after this blue worked perfectly. Lucky, cause I gave that one to the person I came with, and this was their first experience. Mine, orange was issue ridden, it would accelerate even when my foot wasn't on the pedal, at a point I raised my foot into the air to make a point to the staff, they told me that was how the kart worked and they told me they could drive it however the kart behaved. On my third lap they stopped the kart and lubricated the chain (yup the one that malfunctioned) and suddenly I completely lost control and it accelerated full speed into a ditch, all the while my foot was slammed into the brakes. After I crashed they had the audacity to tell me I was the problem and once again stated that they could drive it however the kart behaved. I got off the kart and refused to drive it after that incident. Guess what they got into the car drove it for a bit and then it immediately stopped working. Once again do not go here the karts are poorly maintained, will not break when you want it to and will not accelerate when you want it to. And function completely with a mind of its own. It also employed rude and dismissive staff who do not meet any safety standards and refused to acknowledge or apologize for their actions. They made bold and false that this was how karts worked to someone who has already driven karts, imagine what they would do to someone inexperienced with this as their first experience. Do not condone this and do not go here. Will add video evidence soon, once I recieve them...
