Reddiarpatti Hill — Attraction in Tamil Nadu

Reddiarpatti Hill basically denotes a spot in the outskirts of Tirunelveli where the Tirunelveli-Kanyakumari highways splits the hill in two parts. This was constructed after the hill was blasted to create way via this stretch.

This place is scenic and attracts locals & tourists alike who are looking to click memorable or social media pics. The spot is a half-a-kilometer stretch of highway with hill on both sides.

One one of the hills there is a new temple, and the Corporation is constructing a park. Those will soon become places of interest.

Word of caution: If you are here for photo or video shoot, do it during the day hours and avoid wee hours. Try to do it in groups.

There is no entry fee for this place. This being a highway, stopping vehicles on the roadside may be illegal, and you may earn the wrath of the highway patrol. Plan whatever you want to do for a short time; as there isn't much to do except stopping for...

It's just a small hill with looks great for photos... Here national highway is crossing between the hills that's the beauty of this place. Many Tamil movies shooting is done here like "Singam" and more. Whenever we crossing here we can see some groups of people taking photos here. Be careful while taking photos here since it's a national highway. Otherwise it's a beautiful place to take pictures.

The dangerous part of this place is robbery that take place during night time after sun set. So don't stop the vehicle here during dark. But nowadays police patrol...
