°Very powerful God and it's located between Madurai to Tuticorin Highways From Madurai °NH 38, Ettayapuram - Madhurai Rd, Sinthalakarai, Tamil Nadu 628902 °It's 100kms in distance and from Tiruchendur 60kms to 70kms.. °It was created by a Sithar called Ramamoorthi Sithar who was self dead and buried himself near the temple. °Sri Ramamoorthy Swamigal established the Sinthalkarai Kali Parasakthi Tavasithar Peedam here. The statue of 42ft Vekkali Amman without a roof above is worshipped here. This pilgrim center is famous for the miracles of Sinthalakarai. It is believed that Mahakavi Bharathi wrote his poem Yadhumaagi Ninrai Kali inspired by this gigantic Kali. °Here no photography and videography allowed and if u take the mobiles outside they will announce your name to keep the mobile inside else they will take your mobiles pls be aware of this.. °Nowadays it seems not so good...They started collecting money 🤑 You will get down to 10 steps for the lord statue and you have to pay 20rs... In the past you had to walk around in the subway but not anymore.. °It has been an awesome experience to be a spectator to a magestic statue of vekkaliamma and lord Vishnu 🙏 °But it's surroundings should be neat and clean and neat, It's a request to clean on regular basis than only visitors will visit again. They could even make some revamp to the temple as the paint has faded away. °Car parking in there is a wide area who can park your vehicle. Parking for bus and large vehicle is outside the Temple and For small Vehicles there is inside the Temple. °Restroom - There is Private and seperate restrooms for Gents and Ladies. You have to pay a very low amount to use Toilet.The rating for Restroom is low. Toilet was not so much clean for use and smells ugly. spiritual place - beautiful sculptures

🙏The best part in this temple is the underground perumal statue. As you step down the staircase, the sanathi will be filled with water to a foot height. The full portrait of perumal statue will be glarious in standing position. °Many shops will be present and as the temple is open for 24 houurs, visiting the shrine at night time will be good options.

An Awesome Temple to be blessed. All positive reviews of this is all you want with a temple is here. Restrooms are here. Food restaurants and snacks dishes stalls are there. ~ Restroom - There is Private and seperate restrooms for Gents and Ladies. You have to pay a very low amount to use Toilet.The rating for Restroom is low. Toilet was not so much clean for use and smells ugly. ~ The temple provides food inside that Annathanam at 3 times a day i.e., Morning, Afternoon and Night. But the food at there is not very good for persons if you were a foodie. ~ But the God there is so powerful and way of going to the temple and getting blessed it way too good. ~ THE LORD VISHNU's statue is an awesome and wonderful structure and big statue you will wonder to see him. The snake statue under him is the highlighted one you'll be sacre if you think if it was real. ~ Car parking in there is a wide area who can park your vehicle. Parking for bus and large vehicle is outside the Temple and For small Vehicles there is inside the Temple. ~ The temple is besides NH 38 and which is side of Madurai to Thuthukodi road. ~ It was Just 5 km far from Etaiyapuram. It was called as sethalaipuram. ~ It was created by a Sithar called Ramamoorthi Sithar who was self dead and buried himself near the temple.

1989ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி மாதம் 12ம் தேதி இந்த இடத்தில் ராமமூர்த்தி சுவாமிகளுக்குக் காளியானவள் பத்துக் கைகளுடன் கூடிய நவசக்தியாய் காட்சி அளித்தாளாம். அதன் பிறகு அம்மன் காட்சி அளித்த இடத்திலேயே அம்மனுக்குச் சிலை அமைக்கப்பட்டது.

இந்தக் காளிக்கு மற்ற காளியம்மனுக்கு உயிர்ப்பலி கொடுப்பது போலப் பலிகொடுப்பது இல்லை.

இச்சாசக்தி, கிரியாசக்தி, ஞானசக்தி ஆகிய முப்பெரும் சக்தியும் இணைந்த ஒரு மாபெரும் சக்தியாக இந்த ஸ்ரீ வெட்காளியம்மன் திகழ்கின்றாள்.

எனவே இந்த ஸ்ரீ வெட்காளியம்மனை வணங்குவதால் வாழ்க்கைக்குத் தேவையான கல்வி, செல்வம், வீரம் ஆகிய மூன்றும் ஒரு சேரக் கிடைக்கும் என்பது இங்கு வரும் பக்தர்களின் நம்பிக்கை ஆகும்.

இந்த வெட்காளி அம்மன் ஆலயத்தைச் சில தொழில் அதிபர்களின் உதவியுடன் நிறுவி 1992ம் ஆண்டு ஆனிமாதம் 10ம் தேதி கும்பாபிஷேகம் செய்தார் ஸ்ரீ ராமமூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள். இந்த ஸ்ரீ வெட்காளி அம்மன் பத்துக் கரங்களுடன் தெற்கு நோக்கி நின்ற நிலையில் அருள்பாலிக்கிறாள்.

“எல்லா உயிர்களிடத்தும் அன்பு செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்ற கொள்கையின் படி, இந்தக் காளியம்மனுக்கு உயிர்ப்பலி கொடுப்பதை தவிர்க்க, தன்னையே அறுங்கோண நட்சத்திரச் சட்டத்தில் நிறுத்தி கைகளிலும், கால்களிலும் ஆணியை அடித்து தன்னைத்தானே வருத்திக்கொண்டதாகக் கூறுகிறார்.

ராமமூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள். இங்கு பாற்கடலில் பள்ளி கொள்ளும் மிகப்பெரிய விஷ்ணுசிலையும் நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இத்திருத்தலத்தில் சித்ரா பௌர்ணமி அன்று வேள்வி பூஜையும், 1008 கலசங்களில் புண்ணிய தீர்த்தங்களைக் கொண்டு காளியம்மனுக்கு சித்ரான்னங்களுடன் சிறப்புப் பூஜையும் நடைபெறும்.

ஆனிமாதம் கடைசிச் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமையன்று சண்டி வேள்வி பூஜையும், பால் அபிஷேகமும் நடைபெறும். அன்று 16 அடி நீளமுள்ள திரிசூல அலகு குத்தி, வெங்கல தீச்சட்டி ஏந்தி, 42 அடி நீளமுள்ள பூக்குழியில் ராமமூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள் இறங்குவார்.

இந்த ஆலயத்தில் புரட்டாசி மாதம் நவராத்திரி பூசையும், தை மாதத்தில் ராமமூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள் பூமிக்கடியில் மேற்கொள்ளும் பூமிதவ பூஜையும் நடைபெறுகின்றன.

வெட்ட வெளியில் நிற்கும் இந்த வெட்காளியம்மனை வழிபட உள்ளூர் பக்தர்கள் மட்டுமன்றி, வெளியூர் பக்தர்களும் வெளி மாநிலப் பக்தர்களும், வெளிநாட்டுப் பக்தர்களும் வந்து வழிபட்டுச் செல்கின்றனர். இத்தகைய சிறப்பு மிக்க இந்த ஸ்ரீ வெட்காளியம்மனை நாமும் வழிபட்டு உயர்வடைவோமாக.

விஞ்ஞானமும் ஆன்மீகமும் :

இங்கு ஸ்ரீராமமூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள் தவசித்தர் பீடம் அமைந்துள்ள இடத்தில்தான் சூரிய ஒளிக்கதிர்களை 24 மணி நேரமும் பதிவு செய்யும் தேசிய பௌதீக ஆராய்ச்சி நிலையம் அமைந்துள்ளது. இந்த விஞ்ஞான கூடம் தலைநகர் டெல்லியில் உள்ள வி.எஸ்.ஆரின் நான்காவது கிளை தேசிய சோதைைனக் கூடம் விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சிக்கு உலகின் புகழ் பெற்ற என்.ஜீ.ஆர்.ஐ(N.G.R.I) என்ற ஸ்தாபனத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படுகிறது. இது பூமியில் காந்த சக்திகள் எவ்வாறு மாறுபடுகிறது என்பதை அளக்கும் இடம். இது பூமியின் வடக்கு-தெற்கு துருவ காந்த சக்தி சமமாகக் காணப்படும் இடம். உலகின் சீதோஷ்ண நிலைமை, பருவ மாற்றங்கள், இயற்கையின் சீற்றங்கள் அனைத்தையும் கணக்கிடலாம். உலக விஞ்ஞானிகள் அற்புதங்கள் நிகழ்த்தும் காந்த சக்தி, சூரிய சக்தி சங்கமிக்கும் இடமாக இதைத் தேர்வு செய்துள்ளார்கள்.

மூலப் பழம் பொருளின் நாட்டம்-இந்த மூன்று புவியுமதன் ஆட்டம் காரிப் பெருங்களத்தின் மீதே-எங்கள் காளி நட மூலகக் கூட்டம்

ஆம். காளி தன் கடைக்கண் பார்வையில் சக்திகள் கூடும் இந்த இடத்தை தன் பாலகன் ஸ்ரீராம மூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள் மூலம் தேர்வு செய்து கொண்டாள். ஸ்ரீராம மூர்த்தி சுவாமிகள் காளியெனும் அளவற்ற ஆற்றலிடம் தம்மை முழுமையாக ஒப்படைத்து விட்டவராவார். பக்தி ஒன்றையே முழுமையாகக் கொண்டு சாஸ்திர விதிப்படி இல்லாமல் அம்மனை நேருக்கு நேராகப் பார்த்து நம் அன்பிர்குரிய மனிதரிடம் எப்படி நடந்து கொள்கிறோமோ அப்படி அம்மனை வழிபாடு செய்கிறார். அருள்தரும் காளிபராசக்தி தவசித்தர் பீடத்தில் அருள் புரியும் அன்னை ஸ்ரீகாளிபராசக்தி. இந்த அன்னையை அம்மன் பாலகர் களிமண்ணால் வடிவமைத்து ஓலைக் குடிசையில்...
