Read moreThe place is wonderful, it is located just a little far off to the Military College Area. Some interesting things about this lake were:
Boating: The lake has a boating spot with pedalled boats which can carry upto 4, with 2 active pedallers.
Good Atmosphere + Points of Interest : The atmosphere is very fresh and clean, while it is not very crowded as well. The lake area also has about a dozen or more goose along with an enclosure for hamsters as well.
There is also an "I ♥️ MY DEFENCE FORCES" sign right off to the north-west of the entrance, which is good for photos.
Low cost: the ticket costs are very less compared to places like Sims Park, and the boating costs only ₹10 per person as well.
Since there is very less crowd, the lake is also a perfect spot for having lunch or snacks like a picnic.
