Good Birthday Experience for kids but deducting one star due to their manager behavior and chosen caterer.

We recently celebrated our child's birthday party at Flyzone Trampoline Park, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to Pavani from their team. From the moment we considered Flyzone for our venue to the execution of the event, Pavani was a beacon of support and professionalism. Her polite, courteous demeanor, combined with an incredible ability for seamless event execution, made our experience memorable.

The staff at Flyzone is commendable for their positive attitude and willingness to assist, making the environment welcoming. Our heartfelt thanks to Pavani and Sachin for their support and assistance!

However, it's disheartening to mention that our experience with the branch manager was less than pleasant. Unlike his team, the manager displayed a rather unwelcoming attitude, often seeming to find issues with minor details, which contrasted sharply with the accommodating and friendly nature of the rest of the staff. This difference in attitude was stark and somewhat dampened the overall experience.

I would also like to mention here about Theth Masala , since that is the only option Flyzone Gandipet allows as a catering partner. I have already added a detailed review for Theth masala, but i would like to mention here that they did not include key components like pickled onions,papad, green chutney with spring roll , raita and salan when additional quantity of biryani was ordered. There was no attention to detail from restaurant side and the team responsible for handling the food at the party should have caught this oversight themselves rather than us writing about it in a review. This happened even after we personally spoke with Food and Beverages manager as well. Its essential to mention here as Flyzone has a partnership with Theth Masala and only allows them as a caterer, hence the onus of detail in their food service also...

First of all, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us a unique form of entertainment. I have never seen or experienced something like it in my life.

It was my first time visit to Skyzone and I was very anxious at the start as I wasn’t aware how to jump on a trampoline. My first jump was a disaster as you can see in the image below. But the court monitor explained how it is done and gave me few instructions and tips to follow while jumping.

I followed his instructions and I was able to jump properly. For few minutes my tummy felt funny and I was experiencing the sensation of falling from some height but once my anxiety has faded I was able to jump very freely.

Jumping in Sky zone free style was one hell of an experience, every time I bounced and reached the heights I felt like flying in the air. At the extreme height of my jump I experienced an unknown feeling as if I’m neither falling nor flying but just floating like astronauts in space. It was enthralling and I couldn’t control myself from shouting. And within 10 minutes I was sweating heavily and my heart was pounding real hard as if I just a marathon.

The foam zone and warrior course were great too. Overall, I was overwhelmed by the joy and fun I had at Sky zone. I was tired in 30 minutes, so I left for the day. But I’ll be back again soon.
