Pride Resorts — Attraction in Telangana

Very boring place, whole approach of the staff is unprofessional & mediocre. Welcome drink consist of Sprite & Thums up , the rain dance arena was dirty & unkempt , there are changing rooms but no water facility to take a shower before & after playing water games . Music played is also very lame Disco area has sand on floor don't know whose stupid idea it is , washrooms are very badly maintained no lights, unhygienic diapers were strewn here & there, taps were leaking, no soaps or tissue rolls were made available. Buffet spread was also disappointing without any variety even a poor person would make a better attempt to feed their guest variety of food. They provided just a potato fry as starter followed by nan , and a paneer curry with hardly any paneer in it, Dal sambar , curd , papad gulab jamun of the smallest size & the worst vanilla ice cream or let's say white chunk of ice. The service staff are not at concerned about the guests' comfort in an hot summer afternoon the A/c was running at 22° temp with a room full of guests, when asked to reduce the temperature the staff simply refused saying remote was not available, they handled the food without wearing gloves. One of the worst Experience at Pride. We recently visited Pride resort for a day outing, we were 10 in number. Staff said it will cost 400 Rs per head for all activities and tried to lure me saying we will give it for 350 Rs. Place is not well maintained at all, @pragatiresorts were brilliant in this case. Food was ridiculous as well for the price we paid, they offered just fried rice. Since we were just 10 people nobody cared about our needs, Indoor games remained closed after 3 PM. Loved a lot by enjoying the water slides and rain dance such a cool atmosphere and the play items are very nice for the children and the adults, dj player was very active and playing the beat songs for dancing and the pool was nice the food stalls are also affordable and has the pleasent free parking for two wheeler and four wheeler and also not but not least we can enjoy a very lot with the rain dance , we can get the rooms for keeping our personal belongings and also dress changing rooms are available in the...
