.On 21-05-19 I visited this place for water park and the reviews are as follows:- There is no proper display board of hotel or water park. For water park the entry fee is depends on hight below 3 feet ₹ 350 above 3.5 feets ₹ 450. Believe me they don't accept card payment. There is only one ATM near by and when I try to use it, it's out of order. So I have to drive back to 8 km for ATM at Dhanvantri Nagar. There is separate open space for parking. Where your vehicle become very hot. Parking charges separately. For Car it's ₹ 20. Inside you should use costume and it's chargeable, ₹ 50 per unit and you have to pay security deposit also. They also not accepting Card payment. There is only 3 rides, 1 shower & dancing hall, 1 swimming pool, 1 Sea wave pool. i. Tube rolling slide ii. Mat slide iii. Tube Swinging slide Lunch timing for staff working in water park is 1 to 2 pm and tea time on 3:30. During lunch and tea time you can only use swimming pool. Slides and shower are closed at lunch and tea time. No proper scheduling for starting slides and shower hall. Tubes and mats are very limited once you occupied don't leave them. Sea wave pool stated only two times 12:30 hrs and 14:30...

Would have got 5 star after my initial experience of staying here on 15th February 2019. But it is now demoted to one star as per our horrible experience on 21st February 2019. We booked this hotel again as we had a good experience here previously as already mentioned. We send the money & booked the hotel properly & got acknowledged from website too. Surprisingly when we reached hotel we heard that it was a mistake from website, no room is vacant there! With family & children we found ourselves in a very troubled situation. Already paid the money, no room, no word from hotels side. Did lodge a complaint via phone & waited there for 30 min when the hotel manager suddenly got two room which were very dirty & uninhabitable. Lastly we have to cancel our booking & have to went for another hotel by ourselves after two hours of continuous phone call & conversation. Finally the website refunded the full amount but got a very bitter experience...
