Prashanti Dham — Attraction in Ujjain

This is my favourite temple to visit in Ujjain. Every time I was there, I found a few people there as compared to other temples. The sculptures of idols are amazing. One can find multiple temples inside the premise. The foundation also runs a physiotherapy center at a reasonable rate. Also they run lungar type service to offer food.

I liked the place. Over there I saw the biggest idol of Sai I have seen yet. The place where idol was as big as theatre stage. It was really huge. I stopped in my tracks for few seconds just to absorb that moment. It was really beautiful.

Apart from the idol, there is not much to do because there is so less space for garden and sitting. I saw small garden with few children swings which seems ok to me but not too good.

It would be good if they can make the garden a big bit, so it can house atleast 4-5...

Prashanti Dham is a complex of temples, mainly Shirdi Sai Baba temple on Ujjain-Indore road. It is a big complex with lush green around the dham. There are many idols of gods like, Shirdi Sai Baba, Shiva, Ganesh, Hanuman, Durga mata, etc.

It's about half a kilo meter inside from the highway. The area is very peaceful with lots of greenery around it. Lots of peacocks sighted...
