Aqua Jungle Water Park & Resort — Attraction in Uttar Pradesh

I booked two “deluxe rooms” for a quick family getaway and ended up with a headache instead of a holiday.

What went wrong

Swimming-pool bait-and-switch – The website never says pool access is limited to cottage guests. When we reached reception, Mr Avinash Singh (manager) flat-out refused us entry, shrugging, “Where is it written that room guests can use the pool?” A stunning example of how not to handle customers.

Misinformed & argumentative staff – Front-desk and duty managers kept changing their story: “Cottages only,” this not the way , sqimming pic is next to cottage so obly cottage guest can use it—all in the same ten-minute conversation. No apology, no solution, just a tug-of-war over fine print that doesn’t exist.

Poor maintenance – The main pool water was cloudy, leaves floating everywhere. A couple of slides were roped off with “under repair” signs that looked permanent. Frankly, even if we’d been allowed in, I wouldn’t have let my kids near that water.

Broken rides & filthy common areas – Several splash-zone features were rusting or out of order, changing rooms smelled damp, and bins were overflowing by evening.

What was okay

Room-service staff were polite and brought towels or tea quickly. They deserve better management.

Bottom line

Aqua Jungle markets itself as a family water-resort, but the reality is a half-closed theme park with rules invented on the spot. Until management publishes clear, honest policies and fixes basic hygiene and safety, do yourself a favour—drive right past this place. Plenty of other resorts actually honour the amenities...

The place is just amazing, just entering the place gives you a very adventurous vibe. It's ticket price is as follows- Entry ticket in water pool -Rs. 400/ person Dry area entry- Rs.50 per person Constume charge -Rs.100 Locker charge -Rs.50 overall 550 per person, which is quite expensive. Overall it was all worth it. We had a ball of a time with so many rides to choose from. One thing which I was skeptical about was the safety of my younger siblings and it was all taken care of. The staffs there were very attentive. They were on round to check that no one gets in trouble. If any kid accidentally slips in water pool they immediately announced it on loud speaker and call for help. Normally, parks like these aren't family-friendly and I loved the thing that this one is! You can also come here with friends, and you'd have a great time. Wave pool is clean and flooring well maintained. Music is loud and worth it with good song choices. Crowd in pool is decent. Staffs tells you the time for next wave🌊 which is 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. The thing I loved the most is their wave pool, we enjoyed a lot there. Good water force This is followed by a trip to the rain dance area which is great too. Just some of their staffs are very rude to the customers rest all are cooperative. Kids slide and play area is cool with good choice of slides. Adults can join children on the slides. There jungle theme is so fascinating. There were cottages for staying of guests, which was so beautiful and the view through the window is so adorable. Overall nice experience. Must...

4 swimming pools: 1 for slides (3ft), 1 family pool (2ft), 1 wave pool (5ft), 1 activity pool (4ft). Below are my ratings as per service:

Clean pool: 3/5 - Water had some dead bees floating although it was not so clean too compared to funtasia because hands or legs wont be visible under water Slides: 2/5 - The tube pool is not designed properly and 1 out of 5 time, accident occurs of tube getting turned over while you go down (personal experience), rest all are good. Wave: 4/5 - Wave at 1 pm and 4 pm and it was thrilling and highest compared to funtasia and fun city water park in Varanasi Pricing: 400 INR for adults; 600 INR with activities package (details mentioned below) and 20 INR parking (2-wheeler). Costume, if you dont have nylon, you can rent it at 30 INR for male and 50 for female. Locker cost 50 INR with some deposits. Food stall: They have a restaurant both indoor and outdoor and best cuisine. Food was awesome. Staff: 4/5 - Friendly and proactively kept the water clean from leaves and bees Activities: They also have different activities like bungee, 360 degree cycling, rope cycling, water zorbing etc. They are included in the package of 600 INR or al-a-carte basis too View: View is awesome too as the resort is surrounded with mountains

Suggestion: Please ensure that your customers take shower before they enter the pool to keep it hygienic and clean.
