Bhole ki Jhaal, A prominent attraction here is the traditional water-powered mill, or "pan chakki," established during the British era. This mill utilizes water turbines to grind wheat, producing what is often referred to as "thanda" (cool) wheat flour. The term "thanda" signifies that the flour is ground without generating heat, a process that helps preserve its natural nutrients and flavor. The pan chakki operates by harnessing the energy of flowing water to rotate a water wheel, which in turn drives the grinding stones. This method ensures a slow and steady grinding process, preventing the flour from heating up and thereby retaining its nutritional value. Such traditional water mills are environmentally friendly, relying entirely on hydropower and producing no pollution. Additionally, the slow grinding process preserves the natural flavor and nutrients of the grains, making it a healthier alternative to modern milling methods. Visitors to Bhole ki Jhaal often appreciate its natural beauty and the opportunity to witness the functioning of the historic pan chakki.

For the people living in Meerut and nearby areas this is the must visit place in the month of June and July, to escape from scorching heat that prevails in North India in these months. The Gang river that flows here have clean and cool water, and you can enjoy by having a dip in that, it had both big and small river to enjoy with family. You can bring your home cooked food and enjoy eating under the trees available on both sides of the river. If not food, you can enjoy varieties of Mangoes available there along with other local fruits available at reasonable rates. You can also enjoy drinks, but secretly. Lots of tea and coffee shops are available along with other snacks like pakora that you can enjoy with your family. On route to Bhole ki jhaal from Meerut you enjoy eating sugarcane and also it's juice, you can also watch preparation of Gud, jaggery from sugarcane juice, even enjoy it eating hot.

It's an amazing place for local people in Meerut.. There are so many points where you can take a shower in Ganaga Canal and also the local market for purchase some starter ЁЯШЙ. There is Wine shop too where you can purchase but drinking wine publically is not allowed because Police Station is also established there.. You will find this place on Ganga Canal Road for Haridwar Uttarakhand.. which is directly connecting from Meerut to Roorkee. I have visited so many times there. I have seen lot of bats in bigger sizes and amusement of birds chirping around that place. Little bit consciousness is required from public to keep this place neat clean because i have seen that local people around there don't even care for it's cleaning and all. Well go there and enjoy the day with your boys ЁЯШМ
