I recently visited Funtasia Water Fun Park with my family, hoping to have an enjoyable day filled with fun and excitement. Unfortunately, our experience at this park fell far short of our expectations. I would like to highlight the various negative aspects we encountered during our visit.

Firstly, the hygiene level at Funtasia Water Fun Park was extremely disappointing. We noticed that the overall cleanliness of the park was subpar, with only a 50% effort towards maintaining hygiene. The water in the pools was dirty and unfit for use, which was a major concern for us as visitors seeking a safe and enjoyable water experience.

Moreover, the inadequacy of the slides was another letdown. We were disappointed to find that the park lacked a sufficient variety of slides to cater to different age groups and preferences. This severely limited our enjoyment and left us wanting more from the park.

The behavior of the staff members at Funtasia Water Fun Park was also a source of disappointment. Their attitude towards guests was not friendly or accommodating, and it did not contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. We had hoped for better customer service during our visit.

Additionally, the condition of the facilities was unsatisfactory. The locker room's floor was unacceptably dirty, and the washrooms were not only untidy but also emitted a strong unpleasant odor. Moreover, the absence of an activated water filter resulted in smelly water within the pools. This not only compromised the overall experience but also raised concerns about the park's commitment to ensuring a safe and clean water environment for visitors.

In terms of aesthetics, the faded wall paintings throughout the park were a disappointment. It conveyed a sense of neglect and added to the overall lackluster atmosphere.

Lastly, the narrow approach road to the park was inconvenient and posed challenges for visitors trying to reach the premises comfortably. This aspect should be improved to ensure a smoother and more accessible experience for guests.

In conclusion, our visit to Funtasia Water Fun Park was marred by several negative aspects that significantly impacted our overall enjoyment. The subpar hygiene, inadequate slides, unhelpful staff behavior, dirty water, unclean locker rooms, smelly washrooms, high ticket prices, inactivated food stalls, unreliable mobile pouches, lack of a water filter, faded wall paintings, and narrow approach road were all major disappointments. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes substantial improvements to enhance the park's overall quality. This is a new water park in Varanasi and the biggest. It is located in the starting of the Babatpur road. There are 3 pools. For kids, for adults, and a wave pool. There is also a photo booth with the Singapore water statue. The kids pool has multiple rides for all age groups and there is also a rope bridge. In the adult pool there are big slides. The wave pool is surrounded by rocks and is very good. It is clean and well maintained. There are ample number of staff and facilities are checked properly. But the only problem which we faced was food. You can't take food inside and there's barely anything to eat inside except chips and cold drink. For food, there is a separate sitting area with tables and chairs. You get the costumes there itself and there is locker facility also. You can take the keys in your hand with help of a band. The water park is still under construction and you may face some problems with the finishing but that's okay as it will be made. There is parking facility which is free. The ticket price for weekdays is INR 320 and for weekends INR 400. Kids below 3 feet height will be charged no ticket. The costumes cost INR 50 and 100 as security. The locker...
