While visiting Forest Office near Hastinapur for entry in to the Sanctuary, we were informed that prior permission should have been sought from Meerut Forest Range Office which is nearly 40 km away. The place as we could see from our own vehicle driving on Kachha roads through fields is beautiful & a natural jungle. All around the fields are lush green.
